Kelsey completed her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science in 2014, at Newcastle University, and then went on to complete her Master’s in clinical Exercise Physiology in 2018, through Charles Sturt University. Kelsey has always had a passion and drive to support people living with a range of disabilities to reach their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Kelsey gets great joy from being able to witness the incredible outcomes that her clients achieve and continues to encourage them to reach those goals that can, at times. seem “impossible”. Kelsey likes to make her sessions fun and challenging with the incorporation of competitive exercises/games. Kelsey’s goal is to ensure every one of her clients walks out of their appointment feeling better than when they walked in.
Outside of Engage, you can find Kelsey on the basketball court playing for the Maitland Mustangs. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys travelling and exploring new places, spending time with friends, family, and her doggo – Harley. Kelsey also has a creative flare and enjoys dabbling in abstract art and DIY home projects, as well as running her small side hustle doing relaxation massage.
