Sophie graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy in 2018 and has recently relocated to Newcastle from Canberra, where she worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including both private practice and hospital.
Her work has exposed her to a wide-range of injuries and presentations, but most predominantly chronic and complex conditions. She has a passion for helping people to get back to the things that are important to them through creative and engaging rehabilitation, combined with education. Sophie has a particular interest in helping patients with chronic pain but is also interested in Vestibular rehabilitation and Concussion.
Outside of work you will find Sophie running (when she’s not injured), making sourdough or starting a new DIY project (that she will probably never finish).
